If there is someone you know who lives alone, and never gets a morning cup of tea they haven't made themselves, drop by first thing with a flask...
Better still, take a china cup and saucer and give it in style.

When driving in traffic queues, make space to let other cars in front of you, with a smile and a wave.

Buy a small gift for a friend, a bunch of daffodils or some lovely Green and Blacks, and give it to them, just to give their spirit a lift.

Think of someone you know who really made a difference in your life...
